Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is in its original condition, return it to us for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging and with a copy of your original invoice. We only refund to the original payment method used during purchase. Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return meets the conditions set forth it will be approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically applied to original method of payment within five working days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and items with free shipping cannot be refunded.  We will exchange these items if they are defective or damaged for the same or similar item.

 Quality of your merchandise  

If you believe your merchandise is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to its description on our website, send us an email us an email or call us at one of the numbers on our Customer Care numbers found on our website.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it is received.
